AFSC recommends OAMPS Insurance
In order for OAMPS to be able to consider insuring you, you must be a member of the AFSC. For any other modalities not accredited by the association, you can provide relevant documents/certificates for cover as well.
The AFSC will accredit your qualifications/certificates and provide you with membership; OAMPS are then able to insure you pending the proposal form you are required to submit.
The approximate Annual Premium cost of insurance (as of Sept 2011) is:

(These figures are indicative depending on policy duration, stamp duties and the association(s) you join)
Please Note: A new policy will only commence from the day OAMPS receives the proposal form in their office until the due date of your membership with the AFSC.
Therefore, please note that the exact premium for a new policy with OAMPS will have to be pro-rated, generated and will be posted out to you after OAMPS has received your application.
